I am still having problems uploading pictures. The last time I got an error message HTTP 500,the webpage is having a problem.I extended the IIL time to four miniutes and it still does not work. I have uploaded pic of my Harley I am selling to Cycle Trader,Craig's List, and Clasified adds.com with no problems. So I puzzeled why I cannot upload to C3VR. I have read the replies to others who have the same problem and I do'nt know what a Hyper button is. I have been trying to upload myy picture, maybe that is the problem!!! I have tryed pasting in UL strip and that did'nt wor either. Thanks,Bill

What is the size of the file on your hard drive that you are trying to upload?
Thanks!
Where on the site are you trying to upload a photo (your profile, your C3 registration, your Personal File Folder, a forum message, etc)?
What is the exact text of the error you receive?
You do have some pics in your File Folder, so you have been able to successfully upload pictures. Just need to figure out why you're having trouble currently.
Thanks!

MOST of the time, the problem has to do with the file/image size, OR the file name has characters in it that are not allowed, such as spaces, or -, and so on.
I know the instructions say it will accept file of a particular size, but MY experience has always been that it will not...the files need to be smaller than listed. Again, that's just me, but I have also helped others by re-sizing the pics, and they uploaded fine after that.
