As usual, I'm sure it is just me, but has anyone else been getting this error message? This is happening more and more every day for me. I do show to be logged in on both the left AND right side of the page. I'm getting these same messages when responding to a post in a thread, and once when sending a P/M. I have had to resort to "copying/pasting" my posts again, but I still sometimes forget. If it is a long winded post, and I didn't copy before hitting "Post", I just quit...

And, just for sts and grins, it just happened AGAIN when I tried to post THIS message...Wits End

Now ain't that kinda funny..... Sum dude called APPLE talkin bout BITES.......

At any rate... yep fer sure I have seen it.... Adam told me once in a time oh not so long ago that this was due to the message timing out. (Basicly suggesting I took to long in writing the message.) He offered some options that he could do but I don' think they were user friendly for the registry as a whole as i remember.

So my fair weather Texas friend..... either step up da pace a lil wit dem fangerz o yers or continue to copy / paste.....

Heaven forbid yer dial up bodderz ya during dis same time....

I've found that sometimes when I'm posting, I can post without even being logged on. Never had the problem you guys are experiencing.

I've had the same problem in the past and had to log out and back in.   Doesn't happen very often, but really irritates me when it does.     Angry Wits End

Vette(s): 1982 C3 Collectors Edition 44000 miles, sat in the sun most of its life, My wife purchased it for me for Father's Day in 2007 from her girlfriend that had it for 19 years. It is on the road again. I'm retired but it is now my daily driver.
It has happened to me.  It does seem to be a timing issue.  I have logged out logged back in then typed the same message "Faster this time" and it took ok.  Other times i have just given up.

"A security error has occurred with authentication."
This indicates to ME that there is an issue with the site...not my typing speed. I also get this same message with just a two word reply...the length of the post has nothing to do with it, at least for me. This issue is NOT happening at the C4VR site that I am aware of...just here.
I can remember the "Session Timed Out" messages...Adam did increase the time allowed on a post before it would log you out...I am not having that problem....

If anyone is getting an Error message like this please copy it, and paste it here, so we can see if everyone is getting the exact same message, of if some folks are having different issues. Mine are all exactly the same.
I realize Adam is busy with other projects right now, so it's not a major thing. I just wanted to know if it was more wide-spread than just me.

Of course, as soon as I posted this here, I got the same message at C4VR when attempting a post... Angry
