Looks like you figured this part out.
Now, you need to go into your C3 Registration to change your Photo URL to point to an image file, not an .htm file. Your entry in the Online C3 Vette Show currently shows a red X in the picture spot because you put an .htm URL in the Photo URL spot of your C3 Registration.
Let me know if you need any more help!

Ok Kerry... you need to follow the steps below...
First of all, you have already correctly added a URL (HTTP address) in your signature of your Profile:
http://www.c3vr.com/member_uploads/1001_1100/1029/81kdvette.jpg
Here's what you should do:
1) Go to "My Profile" under the "My Account" menu.
2) Under the section titled "Main Member Info", Enter your current password.
3) Under the section titled "Contact Info", in the line "Home Page URL" put your home page address:
http://www.corvettes-for-sale.com/free/delizio.htm
4) Under the section titled "Contact Info", in the line "Vette Picture URL" put the photo address you use in your signature (or another one, if you want to):
http://www.c3vr.com/member_uploads/1001_1100/1029/81kdvette.jpg
5) Click the "Update Profile" button at the bottom of the page.
6) Go to "My C3 Registration" under the "My Account" menu.
7) Select your VIN from line 2.
8) On line number 1, enter your current password.
9) On line 19, enter your Photo URL:
http://www.c3vr.com/member_uploads/1001_1100/1029/81kdvette.jpg
10) Click the "27) Submit Vette" button at the bottom of the page.
That should take care of it.
Let me know if you need any further help.

Looks good!
And, yes... you change the file name to another .jpg file if you want to change the picture.
