Hello all C3VR members in the South West Region and Southern California. VNCRUISER has put together a C3VR gathering at the annual California Car Cover/National Street Rod Association Show that is being held on Sunday. April 10. All interested members are to meet at 6:30am at the IHOP on the corner of Devonshire and Desoto streets in Chatsworth CA. This is a great event. The street rod designer, Chip Foose will be there this year, so it should be a fantastic time. I've got something going on that morning up in Bakersfield or I would be there...100 laps in a stock car at Mesa Marin .

I told VNCRUISER that if I take the Corvette I would stop by on the way back south.

don't be discourged if not many show up.  I have put two meeting togrther with little turn out, just don't get bummed out and enjoy the time that you spend with the ones that do show up, I did and it was a very great time at both outings, wooldn't have changed anything

Thanks 1BadLT1. We intend to have a great time. We hope all members in the area make it out. It's important to have face time to keep interest going. I hope to make events and gatherings a part of the CV3R experience in the South West Region. Having said that, out Vette is down for repairs (see post in Handling forum). But heck, we may show up in something else. See you all there!

With the show in 3 days, thought I'd bring it up again. Any new, new
members in the So. Cal area looking for a cool event? I know there has to
be more that FOUR C3 owners in all of the Los Angeles Area! Hey, I
passed 2 C3s parked on the street today alone...

Keep in mind SoCal C3ers, show season is starting and there are a TON of great events coming up over the next few months. If anybody wants to take a ride to Seal Beach on April 23rd, my Vette will be in the annual car show they hold. They shut down main street and line it with hundreds of classic american cars. I'll post up the other shows as they come closer.
