[QUOTE=jt's73]Welcame!

Is Aldergrove anywhere near Aggazzi?
We go up there every August for a race.

Yes it is about hour drive away,What do you race there I race the #72 Chevy street stock truck there(the only full sized truck there)I also race at SunValley Speedway just outside Vernon BC.Maybe we saw each there in Aug? You really can't miss "Casper"on the track..

Hey there! I also have a  79 very light blue  Vette!   It is so funny to have people constantly asking what color the car actually is! Mike (Iron 82) took 2 pictures of my car at a show, one ine the sun and one in the shade.   In the sun it looks white (as does your 1980 pic ), and in the shade it looks blue ( as in your garage pic ).  Its good to see a similar car.   Welcome and good luck!

Vette(s): 1975 C3 Red, T-Tops, Black Interior. All I need is time and money! Getting there!
That was an unusual color.  It did look different in different light.

I always liked it a lot, from the first one I saw come rolling into the dealer.  (Yep worked for Chevy in 77 and for a while after that)

It could only be better in bright RED

Very nice car.   Welcome aboard!

Hi Paul and Claire...Missed this thread in January so thought I would join in now. I live in Vernon and go to the track a bit, recognized the 72 from Sun Valley. I have a white 69 chev pick up (not on the road) so relate to the 72 when you are racing. Also have a 76 been working on for awhile and getting close to being on the road. Will look for you both at the track, hope to meet up with you one day. This is a great site for info, would like to meet up with some of the other site members also. Take care, Eric...
