Okay I'm sure you are all tired of this question.  I cannot seem to add my vette photo.  I am relatively computer literate but can't seem add an image to signiture or otherwise.  Any help is appreciated, thanks.

first i saved a picture of Conner on my computer, you can save it anywhere as long as you know where to get it from, I used the My documents folder. Then I went to My account at the top of this page, selected MY Personal folder and uploaded it to there. Then i highlighted it an right clicked on it and selected copy. Then click on settings at the top also , click on editing my forum signature , the top link, then click in the signature box and click on the edit button on the top bar
and select paste. then put [IMG] in front and back of the file[IMG]. it should look something like below, good luck , it isn't easy and took me many times to get it right. Adam has posted hints in the registry help forum also. good luck and keep trying.

Make sure the pic you are uploading is not too large. It will not load if it is. I have to downsize all of mine to 75% to get them to load.
Also, on Bob's example above, be sure to replace the "|" with [ and ] , or it won't work.

Oh, if all else fails, holler for "Norsky"!!

Almost right!  The example given above is missing a couple of slashes (one infront of the 'memberuploads' and infront of the ending IMG tag).  Click on the Forum Codes link below the Post Reply box for the syntax for posting Images and Links.  If all else fails let me know and I'll help as best I can.

Thank you for the reply.  I spent about an hour yesterday trying to get this photo on the signiture.  I got it into my personal folder but it only will show up as a box with an x in it in the signiture box.   Anyone know what dumb thing I could be doing wrong?  Only shows 64 characters so shouldn't be to large right?  I know this photo issue probably gets tiring.

It might not like the % in the name of your file. Try getting rid of them. Just use letters and numbers. No empty spaces or punctuation!

Dave is correct - imbedded spaces in file names are murder when trying to use them in HTML situations.  Sometimes the space is recognized, sometimes it isn't and needs to be represented but '%20'.  So if you need to break up a file name for clarity use a dash ( - ) or underscore ( _ ) instead of a space.

I downloaded both the images you had on your PFF, renamed and also resized them to the proper signature size, and then uploaded all four to your PFF.  Then I touched your signature so it works like the majority of them do.

GREAT lookin' ride...!!!  Almost makes me wish I had held out for that blue when lookin' for "The Toy".

Whew, thanks.  I was thinking I somehow managed to do it myself.  No matter -- so long as it's now shown.  Thanks for taking the time to fix it, much appreciated.  I'm sure it isn't the first and I'm sure it won't be the last
