VetteVixen said: Deb, you and Juliet should most definately be in that mag. You guys do alot of your own work, with and without help from the man in your life. If that isn't true ownership and love of these babies, I don't know what is girl! So start writing! I have no idea what to write. It's hard to write about yourself and not sound stuck up too much, you know? LOL I'd sure like to be a body person about now, I hate looking at that scape Debbie!!!!! |

Like Juliet said..I am the one with the camera 99% of the time...there are very few pics of me and my Vette!! and I KNOW what you mean Juliet about the 10 EXTRA pounds!!!!!!!!!
Is the scrape in the decal or just in the paint??? if it is just paint...I might be able to help.. Hubby got a nasty scratch a while back on the ''Bad Boy'' (his '94)..and with some time ( and alot of wet sanding) you can't even see where it was!!

VetteVixen said: I'm afraid she's missing paint too, and is gouged also. It's a nasty scrape clear up the fender edge and just below it on the fender side, not hood side. I'll see if Steve will take some dang pictures for me tomorrow, he's off work. |
Pics would be helpful...the scratch on the '94 was alot more than a scratch..was a gouge..intentionally..done..was about 2 ft. long and whoever did it used a nail or something with a sharp tip cause it went right into the fiberglass...was ''peeled''..like when you use a chisel on wood!! *shudder*!!!!
Well, I guess we three are going to have to do this, it'll be fun I think. I can count on you two, right? It'll also be good for this forum and for the others that we frequent which I think is cool. I'm going to mention this one for sure and often if possible since it's my main interest these days. lol 10 pounds....oh boy... |
Ok OK.....

but let me warn you..it AIN'T gonna be pretty!!!!!!!!!
