Anyone know of a good place to find parts? I need a front nose emblem,(just had it painted and they lost it - it seems they were discontinued in 2000), drivers visor parts, etc.

I just checked Corvette Central...they say INQUIRE!

MADirect has no listing

And Ecklers lists it as DISC(ontinued).

Try GM Customer Assistance to see if they may have some NOS parts or may have a reference for where you can find the emblem you're looking for.

Other than that all I can suggest is local (or internet) scrap yards and classic parts dealers, swap meets, etc.

'81 nose emblems are next to mpossible to find, and I don't know why. Check athttp://www.trimparts.com
They make a lot of GM emblems. Maybe they can help you
