Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.

There are any number of places to get a bumper. If you're looking for new, you could thy one of C3VR's sponsors listed at the left. Of course, many of them would get parts like that from ACI (American Custom Industries) in Ohio. I'm partial to searching for bargains on e-bay. For a '75, I believe 75-79 should be a direct replacement and 80-82 mikght take a bit of adjustment.

You can get a rear bumper with the fin in the back that is custom fiberglass. You can find them at various on-line parts houses such as this one from Corvette America:
