If I have a long reply, I type it in a word processer then do a copy/paste.   It works.

See if Adam used the 5 why's tool.  1. Why is this problem occurring?,  I made a change 2. why did you make the change?.  the software said it would make it better. 3. why did they say that?....they wanted me to buy it. 4. Why did they want you to buy? it cause they wanted my money 5. Why did they want your money?......and on and on till you get to the root cause.....

Also VOC is the Voice Of the Customer Adam sometimes tells you he is making a change, but this time as you the customer you did not know. You spent time and stress adding a extra step to your process by having to copy just in case, that is what would be called a rework spending valuable time to redo something. If it was a auto manufacturing line Toyota would have stopped the line and fixed the problem before another escape or rework happened.
So is the life of a programer let me try this patch and see if it works....Big smile Sorry boss we all do it ....let me try this coil first if it does not work I'll try the module......LOL
Heh its life...........embrace it!
Gilbert howd i do........LOL
