Only 2-Queen rooms are part of the block online. If you want to see if they can give you a group rate for a room with one bed, you will have to call the hotel directly (817-632-0800).
If you will be attending the Gathering but not staying at the host hotel, please reply to this thread too, and mention that.

cinorWell long story short she has a herniated disc and is in pretty bad shape, shes on an 8 week emergency list for surgery, so then 6 weeks recovery so hopefully it all works out
NorskyBeen there , done that - NO fun...!!! Had my surgery in early February of 1987 and was water skiing by Labor Day weekend. Tell her that as soon as she's able to get out and walk as much as she can, every day for as long as she can. Wishing her the BEST...!!!

Adam WartellI just got an insanely low fare to fly in, so I booked it in hopes that we still are able to hold the event. However, I'm still tentative because I have to make sure someone will be able to take care of my daughter while I'm gone.
