Growth of the "membership": How much has this site grown(or not) in the last year?
Is the site sustaining itself?(Dollar-wise)
Potential for gaining more members, and how could this be done?

I like Ken's idea, also, about how we could go about having local/regional "gatherings" during the year.

Getting out to the local shows/events with the site/membership info. The tools are here, we should be using them.

Group hug.

I would love to see local or regional group gatherings to meet some of the members.  I think it would help to grow the membership.

Don't know about you, but I have a bad time remembering names with faces... especially screen names... and when there will be a bunch ..., so maybe we should make  a personal name tag... I know some people don't like them, but I get tired of saying Hey "Bubba" to everyone I meet after intro's....and don't want it to be a big production, so if you want one... make it... I try to keep mine on just in case i stay from the nursing home...

That is a good idea. Minimally, I could have write-on sticky name badge for people to use.  However, a better (nicer looking) idea would be to wear a C3VR Name Badge.  If you don't already have one, you can get one by clicking here.  Place your order by 4/15 to make sure we have them in time for the gathering!

I like the idea of having local/regional get-togethers.  This would provide an opportunity for members to get to know other C3VR members in their area and provide an exchange of ideas, mutual assistance and social get-togethers.
