I just wanted to give everyone a quick update as to the status of the 2020 C3VR Member Gathering that is scheduled to begin May 14th, 2020 in Ft. Worth, Texas.

As it is still about 2 months away, there has been no indication that the Host Hotel is planning to be closed on the day of our arrival. Nor has there really been any concrete information coming out of Texas or the Federal Government as to any restrictions that may be in place at that time.  So, as of this time, 3/16/2020, the Gathering is staying as scheduled. If at anytime we hear anything or there is any reason to make any changes in these plans, we will be sure to let you know as soon as is feasibly possible.

Please keep in mind, if you already booked at room at the host hotel, they have a 48-hour cancel policy. Which means you can safely keep your reservation right now and cancel up to 48-hours prior to your check-in date/time without fear of losing any money.

In the meantime, if you wish to view or order the 2020 Gathering t-shirt (even if you don't plan to be there), click here.

Thank you for your support!

As of midnight tonight(3-16-2020) ALL bars, restaurants, gyms, etc, are restricted to 1/2 of their Certificate of occupancy limits. That means that if the business has a occupancy limit of 50, they are now restricted to no more than 25. Hotels/Motels are NOT included in this restriction, but the Hotel/Motel bars and restaurants are. With the "Gathering" still more than a month away, these restrictions could change, for better or worse. Another issue that MIGHT creep up is the planned event venues may or may not be open at that time. We will have to keep a close eye on the local situation, and report here as needed. Hopefully, this crap will have settled down a bit by then.

City of Ft. Worth Covid 19 restrictions.

(as of 3-16-2020)
