I'm going to get a personalized plate for my Vette. I'm considering VTTEDRM (Vette Dream) as VET DRM and VETTDRM are taken in Alberta. My 1976 Olds 442 has 442MUCH.

Someone told me to get CDNNAVY. In WWII Canada had the worlds third largest navy (after Britian and Germany). Most of Canada's navy consisted of...yes you guessed it...CORVETTE's

While I make up my mind, I was wondering what sorta cool plates do some of you guys have..and why?

If you go to the "Fun" tool bar and then click on vanity plates you can see what people have posted. They will give you an idea of what is out there. Mine is TRICARB for three three carbs.

Here's a link to the Member Vanity Plates page.

People were always asking me what year the car was, so I put the answer on the plate.

Thanks!

Jim, how can you survive on that? Get a cable modem or a DSL line. It'll pay for itself in time alone. Or better yet look at it like this, every 5 minutes you save on downloads is 5 more minutes you get to drive (or work on) "the toy" .

Hey Glenn, I wish I could get either one...!!! I live in an area just west of the Twin Cities metro area that is a 'black hole' of sorts. Not enough house density to justify cable being strung and not close enough to a phone junction to get DSL. I haven't checked the cost of satelite lately, but the last time I did it was stupid expensive. So until the technology infrastructure catches up to the current century in my area I'm stuck on a dial-up modem.
